Fulbright and Jaworski and Trademark have a long standing relationship. We are currently involved in a multi level building program which includes the build out of a new data center, general office areas, and the new Leon Jaworski Conference Center located on level 51. Upon completion, the project will total more than 100,000 sf and will average $150 per square foot in construction cost. The entire project is phased and required to be performed on occupied floors while maintaining all ongoing operations.
