This 140,000 square foot was designed by Burwell Architects and was run concurrently with the shell construction by the developer. Spanning over 6 floors, this project consisted of executive offices, production areas, computer rooms, and training facilities for GE Oil & Gas. This fast paced project was constructed in 12 weeks with construction costs at 6 million dollars; and earned a Silver Credential for LEED.
